This Past Year's Event

Al Egg has an inspiring testimony. He is the Chaplain for the Portland Trailblazers as well as the Portland Beavers AAA Baseball team and the Portland State Football team plus he is involved with other athletic sporting groups including various summer camps. Al will share some of the many stories of the "star athletes" that he has worked with over the years. Also, he is active in the National Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Part of his testimony includes the tragic loss of one of his three children, a daughter, Lisa who was killed in a car accident after a high school football game some twenty years ago. With God's help, he and his wife, Andy were able to overcome the tragedy so today Al can say "He is too blessed to be stressed"

Diane Moore is the Executive Director of Healthy Families International, a non-profit organization here in Vancouver dedicated to providing resources to families. More recently, she started "Parent Talk Northwest", a radio program for parents committed to raising children of character and maturity. She also has authored a book on the same subject. Diane has a great testimony! Her story includes the early years when her husband, Rob, worked for Bill Gates and then walked away with many shares of stock not realizing what the stock would be worth later but that is just the beginning of her story!
